It’s been weird since the lockdown. It took forever to feel like doing any work. I’m slowly getting back to it. If you’re wondering what happened to all the jac o’lantern paintings, I updated my computer and it completely fucked all my adobe programs. I finished all thirty one paintings and will maybe post them at some point.
Here are some cloud sketches that I did from some pictures I took after a storm the other day. It’s oil on gessoed paper. I ended up getting a clear gesso that I was able to apply directly over the initial sketches I did. I’m really liking working on this surface. I need to remind myself to keep posting work I’m making here on the blog. Stay safe, take care of each other and for fucks sake wear your masks. Soon.
